Flip the lid and take one. The shell is dry, so it won’t cling to your fingers or your pocket.
Chew steadily. The shell cracks, and the caffeine is released as you go.
Give it at least five minutes. Stop early and some of the caffeine stays behind in the gum.
When the flavour fades, the piece has done its job. Wrap it, bin it, get on with your day.
